Return and exchange

• Return and exchange include all items except for the product if its original packaging was opened, if it was not in the same original condition when selling, and if it violates one of the conditions mentioned in this policy, unless a manufacturing defect is found in the product.

• It is possible to return and exchange within 7 days from the date the customer received the shipment.

• Amounts paid will be refunded in the same payment method used at the time of purchase except for cash payment through shipping companies and third party bank transfer will be approved for refund.

• Shipping fees will be charged for the products you wish to exchange or return.

Except for products with a manufacturer defect

• The process of refunding the paid money from 2 to 7 working days.

• It is not acceptable to return or exchange the products stipulated in the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and which are related to human health and safety and the like.

• Coffee and tea crops and products are not exchanged or returned after purchase
