Dried Cherbesa Sidamo from Ethiopia: It is grown and harvested in one of the ancient farms at an altitude of 1900 feet above sea level in the Sidamo region, where it has been processed by the dried method to produce a coffee with a medium texture, acidity and complex fruity.

The neighborhood consisted of a group of farms, and it was named al-Shmaisi in relation to the deacon who owned the largest areas of farms on the southern side.

Although it became one of the old neighborhoods after urban expansion, it still retains its historical character with its adjacent houses and the old names of its streets.
