In response to the unprecedented circumstances during the past year due to the global pandemic, we worked on a new project and produced a distinctive decaffeinated crop, highlighting the production of a high quality crop, working with leading producers from several departments in Colombia Caldas, Huila, Magdalena, Nariño and Santander. We called them pioneers not because they are pioneers in their field or in their respective communities, but also because they enjoy choosing unique crops and processing methods, continuing to work to raise the quality of crops.

The goal of this project is to offer the consumer a premium product that is decaffeinated but still shines in a cup and its sensory attributes.
