Shipping, delivery and receiving

Products are delivered from 10 am to 8 pm daily except on Fridays.

The shipping fee for home delivery is calculated according to the chosen shipping plan

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Exceptions:

In the event the product is returned due to a product defect, manufacturer defect, damage during product delivery, or incorrect/wrong product delivery, no additional shipping service fees will be charged. When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and accompanying instruction booklet. We do not accept returns on products that have scratches or were damaged due to misuse or malfunction caused by using a mismatched volt. We reserve the right to agree to accept returns on products that do not meet the above criteria.

Amendment to the list of terms and conditions

iCUP website or all websites and stores (Shopping Gate Corporation) has the absolute right at any time to modify the terms and conditions of the website without prior notice or warning.
